We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your ReadyLift account and all associated data at any time.

smartphone Option 1: Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the ReadyLift app:

  1. 01 Open ReadyLift and sign in to your account
  2. 02 Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. 03 Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT
  4. 04 Confirm the deletion twice. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

mail Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. 01 Send an email from the email address registered with your ReadyLift account
  2. 02 Email to: readyliftai@outlook.com
  3. 03 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  4. 04 We will verify your identity by matching the sender email and process the deletion within 48 hours

delete_forever What Gets Deleted

Permanently removed:

  • remove_circle Your account and login credentials
  • remove_circle All workout logs and exercise benchmarks
  • remove_circle Recovery metrics and daily recommendations
  • remove_circle Oura Ring connection and stored tokens
  • remove_circle Profile and onboarding preferences
  • remove_circle Custom workout templates

Not affected:

  • info Your Oura Ring account and data (managed by Oura)
  • info App Store or Google Play subscription (cancel separately via your device's subscription settings)
  • info Anonymized crash reports already sent to error tracking

Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, Android: Google Play > Subscriptions) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
