Do I need an Oura Ring to use ReadyLift?

No. You can enter your recovery data manually using the built-in readiness slider and sleep input. Oura Ring, Apple Health, and Health Connect are optional integrations for automatic data sync.

How does the readiness score work?

Your readiness score (0–100) is derived from your recovery data — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and subjective inputs. It maps to a color-coded tier: Green (train hard), Yellow (moderate), or Red (recovery day). Your recommended training intensity is based on this tier.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ReadyLift. On Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > ReadyLift. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. You can also request deletion by emailing us. Full details here.

Is my data private?

Yes. We never sell your data. Biometric and fitness data is used solely to power your training recommendations. Read our full Privacy Policy.
